Daniel is the best trainer I have ever used. He works you hard but is always flexible changing exercises up regularly and switching out ones you hate. He is motivating, enthusiastic and keeps each workout different from the last. His vast menu of exercises keeps it interesting and challenging. Never a dull moment with his workouts. And almost all of the exercises can be be done in your home without expensive equipment. All this coming from someone who hates working out. I highly recommend him.
