Daniel is a great trainer! He designs the workout sessions to meet me personal goals. His sessions are always educational, as he explains the purpose for each workout. I appreciate that he makes sure each session is different and we do not sit to the same routine. I would recommend Daniel to anyone as he is an excellent training.
