I started working with Daniel several months ago at the end of my first trimester of pregnancy. The workouts have been very helpful throughout my pregnancy, providing me with additional muscle strength and stretching to minimize common pregnancy challenges like back pain. Daniel has done a great job at customizing each workout for the pregnancy while keeping the workouts engaging and varied.
