I would highly recommend Daniel as a personal fitness trainer. He has a sixth sense meaning he knows when to puch you a little bit and when to back of because of injury. His knowledge of exercises is vast and he knows when to employ them. The hour seems to fly by because he is so encouraging and makes sure you get in the correct amount of training during that hour. Daniel is also a terrific guy…very friendly, engaging and fun. Again, please know that I would recommend Daniel as a personal trainer and a personal friend.
