Daniel is an outstanding personal trainer. As a man in my late 50’s and with numerous athletic injuries, it is tough getting in shape. Daniel concern and watchful eye has prevent any additional injuries as we strengthen key areas. He understands my goals, my limitations and has tailored a program that addresses these issues.
